Ohmagoodness
Last night. Wow. Oh my gosh. I love everyone. I want to hug all the black people, but also all the white people. Isn’t it great? I mean wasn’t that moment when CNN said BREAKING NEWS and then Obama’s picture with the word’s PRESIDENT ELECT…that was magic.
I wrote this about the aftermath:

Hey, Jessi. You should, if you don’t already, know about a Canadian named Kate Beaton. She recently wrote an article about Obama’s win in Grant Park, but in the larger sense, Veteran’s Day (Remembrance Day in Canada) and the sense of patriotism in general, in both our countries. That article is posted here:

She also does some brief yet awesome comic strips about history, most of which can be found here:

I would suggest hunting around until you find the one about Nikola Tesla. It is nine different flavors of awesome.
This is not a plug, I have no financial interest in this woman’s career; this is just a thing that I think you would like because it is cool. Five years ago I saw you at the Luna Lounge doing a joke which punched in “rocking the full-on pegacorn”
