Vanity Plates
Nothing can tug at my emotions like vanity plates. Well, mainly two of them: anger and/or sadness. Today I saw one that made me mostly sad. I was going to a Hollywoody mtg at a Hollywoody place and there was a major parking garage, the scary kind I still get a little nervous going into. Anyway I was behind this guy who had a plate that across the rim part on the top and bottom said, “Happiness is…getting residuals.” And then the plate itself was, “ACTNG4U”.
Never have sadness, aloneness, and amusedness been so swirled into one horrifyingly Beckett-esque emotion. Holy mother of poop.

We have front plates here in Ohio and I always wanted get “3M TA3″ as my plates so that when some idiot cuts me off and I start honking like mad at him when he looks in his mirror he will see “EAT ME”
